A 3-DAY INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP (Practical Cataloguing, Metadata, and Global Accessibility for African Libraries)
OVERVIEW
Many librarians understand cataloguing in fragments — some learned theory without practice, others rely on systems like Koha ILS, without fully understanding the structure behind them.
Library Organisation Made Easy (LOME) is a three-day international workshop designed to simplify cataloguing, classification, and metadata practices for African libraries. This programme goes beyond theory.
